RAGE!!!!
There, I feel better.
So, you may have noticed that I haven’t been updating my blog every day like I used to. Well, amid all the exemplary dumbassery, epic moronitude and gobsmacked dontgiveafuckness of my blog, you may have noticed that I frequently bitch, whine, moan and otherwise complain about how much time I don’t have. Excuse me, but I’ll have to keep this short as I don’t have much time.
Damn, thanks Flava Flav. I didn’t realize just how late it was.
Actually, I just got back to writing this post from a nasty bout of someone else’s laundry I’ve been doing today.
This feeling of exhaustion I’m having lately reminds me of that time I had to take a week off work because I was having chest pains. Good times. I’m trying not to get so physically exhausted again, but it’s hard because:
- my workday is almost two hours longer now because of road construction
- I work with idiots and they cause me extra work and aggravation at every turn
- I need to work because the economy still isn’t all that great and sitting on my ass at home and being Robotman doesn’t pay bills
But I need to look on the bright side. The construction of the light rail transit line from downtown will be done in 2012. And then my commute will take only 30 minutes, compared to the 60 minutes in the morning now and up to 2 hours at night.
I’m also a little upset about the sheer amount of sleeping I need to do. I’ve always been like this, and now that I have approximately 0 hours of free time on an average workday night, I’m noticing it a lot more. Seriously… when I get home at 7:00 and need to be in bed by 8:00, what the fuck kind of life am I living?
And even long weekends such as this one aren’t much respite. I need to do a lot of vegetating just to get my brain back in working order. All I did yesterday and today was sit around and play video games. Also I did some cleaning, some laundry and worked on setting up a friend’s laptop, but it was mostly video games.
Well, enough of this. I’m extremely tired and I doubt I’ll even be able to update the wiki tonight like I usually do. It may have to wait until tomorrow.
